Spa Etiquette
For leisurely enjoyment of your full treatment, please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment. A brief intake form for new clients will be provided.
Please note that your scheduled time is your service time. If you arrive late, you will be charged for the entire session and will only be granted the remainder of the session.
Cell Phones
We ask that you turn your cell phone, pager and palm pilot off before entering the spa. Our other clients will appreciate your consideration. This is your time to remove yourself from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. Let us provide you with that place of peace, tranquility and happiness!
Gratuity
It is customary to provide your therapist or aesthetician a 15-20% gratuity if you were happy with the services provided.
Appointment Making & Cancellation Policy
To ensure your preferred times, we recommend you make reservations several days in advance, or better yet, get on a regular schedule. If you cancel your appointments within less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of the treatment(s).
Pregnancy Safety Policy
Please note, no body treatments (massage, bodywraps,migun table) can be received during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Manicures and pedicures are available, but please inform your therapist ahead of time.
